Eligible Products:

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Ineligible Products:

  • Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service via email to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the name of the item, and the reason for return.

  3. Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Mark the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refunds:
